Managed 700-1500cr turnover
Experience in Manufacturing industry
Good exposure to business partnering and organizational development
8-10 years as HR generalist
Must have average tenure (stay) of 4+ years
Current annual fixed between 70-90 Lacs
Can join in 30-45 days
Currently working in Mumbai
