Job description:

  • Work Model – Remote Work ( work from client location in silom, if required if any query comes up , candidate should be flexible to work from office)
  • As our clientdoes not have their entity /office registered yet in Thailand, they will be permanent employees of a third party payroll company and would be taken into Client Payrollonce they have their office registered in Thailand. –Approx timeline – 6 to 9 months
  • SKill Set/Domain Preference : Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Web Application

What you will do:

Your role will encompass working with clients and internal stakeholders to complete requirements gathering and scope definition, supporting a skilled technical team, in and around our digital banking solutions.

We will help you grow and continue to strengthen your business analysis skills and agile practices. You must be self-managed with a team mindset, proactive and be accountable for your deliverables.

Qualifications:

Essential:

5+ years business analysis experience, ideally including some experience working in fast paced Agile environments
Demonstrated experience liaising with high-profile clients, including working onsite
Experience with requirements gathering and scope definition processes
Business analysis background with both customer facing applications and backend systems will help you succeed in the role, including the ability to facilitate workshops, capture user stories, wireframes, system diagrams and with some exposure to UX design
Delivering quality business requirements artefacts should be second nature to you
Top notch presentation skills with customer-facing experience and presentation skills
A personable and collaborative nature with second to none client-partner management and relationship building skills
