Job Title: Shop Foreman
Hourly Pay:$30 to $36 per hour
Location: Newcomerstown, OH 43832
Job Type: Full-Time
Client Details: The client is an Oil and Gas company that provides drilling and completion designs, new and remanufactured wellhead equipment, and service personnel to the oil and gas industry.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee all shop area employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of jobs.
- Utilize wellhead experience to guide and support the team.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to efficiently manage shop operations.
- Collaborate with management to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate shop personnel.
- Schedule and prioritize shop tasks.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for efficient operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments as needed.
- Compensation will vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Wellhead experience preferred.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Knowledge of shop operations and equipment.
- Safety-conscious and quality-focused.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications a plus).
