Reliability Manager. In this role, you will play a critical role in
developing maintenance and reliability plans that minimize
equipment-related risks across our three production plants and raw
materials operation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with
plant leadership, engineering, and production personnel to achieve our
long and short-term company goals.

The Reliability Manager plays a vital role in transforming maintenance
practices from reactive to proactive, ensuring compliance with
environmental, health, and safety policies. You will lead the
implementation of the Reliable Asset Management program, establish
preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and manage predictive
maintenance programs. Additionally, you will drive continuous
improvement initiatives, analyze costs and benefits, identify root
causes of downtime, and facilitate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership skills, 10+ years of plant maintenance experience, and
the ability to transform maintenance culture will be valuable in this
role. A bachelor’s degree in engineering along with
certifications such as CMRP, is preferred. Lean manufacturing experience
is a plus.
