Legal Records Specialist

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • File documents into inserts of folders
  • Create new and additional folders in File Trail
  • Fulfill service requests from legal staff, such as retrieving folders & documents
  • Keeping track of the location of barcoded file folders in File Trail
  • Liaise with offsite storage facility in regards to storage and shredding
  • Ad-hoc records projects

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Up to 3 years record management Creating, circulating, storing & disposing
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Excellent organization management skills
  • Familiar with File Trail, NetDocs, Word & Excel
  • Attention to detail & sense of urgency
  • Ability to lift 35lbs
