Job description:
Legal Records Specialist
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- File documents into inserts of folders
- Create new and additional folders in File Trail
- Fulfill service requests from legal staff, such as retrieving folders & documents
- Keeping track of the location of barcoded file folders in File Trail
- Liaise with offsite storage facility in regards to storage and shredding
- Ad-hoc records projects
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Up to 3 years record management Creating, circulating, storing & disposing
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Excellent organization management skills
- Familiar with File Trail, NetDocs, Word & Excel
- Attention to detail & sense of urgency
- Ability to lift 35lbs
