Job description:

Our client, a large consulting and engineering firm is currently seeking a Payroll Manager to lead a small team (2-3 administrators) in a very high volume environment.

This person will manage day to day payroll operations for a group that processes payroll for more than 10,000 employees mainly in California.

  • This team processes payroll for more than 5 entities and a lot of employees both salaried and hourly
  • Oversee tax compliance along with payroll tax administrator
  • Process payroll with ADP Vantage – prior experience with ADP WFN would be OK

Qualifications:

  • Prior payroll team leadership in a high volume environment
  • 7-10 years of payroll experience
