Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team at our Newcomerstown office. While experience with paperwork, including tasks such as A/P, A/R, filing, and payroll, is essential, no prior oilfield experience is required. We are looking for someone who can be trained and contribute to our administrative processes. If you have experience with QuickBooks, it’s a definite plus.
- Manage administrative tasks such as accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).
- Efficiently handle paperwork, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related functions.
- Generate delivery tickets and process them into invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize QuickBooks or other accounting software to manage financial transactions.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth flow of administrative processes.
- Support the team in maintaining organized records and documentation.
