Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to join our team at our Newcomerstown office. This role primarily involves generating delivery tickets and efficiently processing them into invoices, with a preference for candidates experienced in using QuickBooks
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate delivery tickets for our products and services, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Process delivery tickets into invoices with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Utilize QuickBooks software to manage invoicing and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless and timely order processing.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and documents.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the inside sales department.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales, administrative roles, or a similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
