Human Resources Manager
Fortune 500 manufacturer seeks a Plant Human Resources Manager for one of their flagship facilities.

As HR Manager, you will be a critical member of the leadership team and be a strong business partner, working with leadership to enhance culture and employee engagement. In addition, you will serve as an employee advocate helping to resolve employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.

You will have the opportunity to significantly impact the business and assist senior leadership with planning, developing, and implementing HR initiatives.

This is a highly visible role in a key facility that has both strategic and tactical components.

You will be responsible for supporting the overall business objectives staffing, performance management, training and development, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, EEO/AAP and safety.

Compensation:$120,000 – $165,000 + 15% bonus opportunity + strong benefits.

Location: Modesto, CA. Outstanding relocation offered.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 12+ years HR experience, including 6 plus years of managing an HR department in manufacturing.
  • Union experience.
  • Experience with California laws.
  • Bilingual with Spanish/English – is a plus
  • Seasonal workforce experience, a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, large plant/warehouse (over 400 employees).
