TITLE: HR Business Partner / Human Resources Generalist (Multi-plant. Non-union).

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join a well-respected manufacturing market leader! As a crucial member of the team, you will play an integral role in ensuring the success of HR operations.

Reporting to the Plant Human Resources Manager, you will make significant contributions to the overall HR strategy. You will support two locations (that are in close proximity to each other). You will drive business results while delivering measurable goals, while implementing HR initiatives and programs.

As a valued business partner, you will have the chance to make a direct impact on the organization’s success, and step in for the Plant HR Manager when necessary. In this position, you will have the responsibility of providing comprehensive HR support to assigned departments. Your duties will encompass recruitment and retention, employee relations, management development, employee engagement, project management, and training. By actively contributing to these core HR functions, you will help drive the team’s growth and contribute to their ongoing success.

Compensation includes:

  • $80,000 – $95,000 + Bonus + strong 401K match + relocation assistance.
  • 3 weeks vacation, plus 6 occasional days, plus 10 paid holidays.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent exerience
  • Bilingual with Spanish required.
  • 5+ years HR Generalist experience required.
  • Manufacturing industry experience, a plus.
