We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Services Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our organization. This position is commission-based, offering a unique opportunity to earn based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the financial services industry.
  • Provide financial advice and solutions to clients based on their individual needs and goals.
  • Execute trades and transactions through Pershing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and transparency in all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the existing team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Series #7 and Series #65 licensed individuals.
  • Minimum $250,000 production in the trailing 12 Months.
  • $10,000,000 in customer assets
  • Clean U-4. No disclosures
  • Payout of 70% up to $60,000. 75% $60,000 to $120,000. 80% above $120,000. 90% possible exception for $500,000 production in the past 12 months.
  • Texas residents if possible.
