Director, IT Operations

This person will work towards refining IT operations including processes and procedures and best in class standards,

They will lead the IT organization along with the VP.

Lead, coach, teach, and develop team membersgeared towards IT operations
Develop and manage KPI metrics linked to business outcomes
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Utilize ITSM frameworks, principles, and processes to drive service level consistency
Demonstrate strong IT financial and business acumen by helping to develop budgets, managing and reporting on technology spend, and applying technology life cycle thinking to drive and maintain cost efficient operations
Work with IT leadership to evolve and support an industry-leading IT organization aligned to organizational values and strategy

Demonstrated experience in the design and management of networks, systems, applications, cloud platforms and services (Azure/AWS), Microsoft 365, SaaS/PaaS
Broad technical and IT business skills suited to leading a complex IT operations environment, supported by relevant professional certifications and technical credentials
10-15 yrs of experience with either a Bachelor’s degree of Master’s degree
