Our team is looking for a strong Government Contracts professional to support a dynamic portfolio within our Defense Program Office.

The Position
The ideal candidate for this role is thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize effectively.
This role is responsible for cradle to grave contract administration across a diverse portfolio of US Government Contracts and Sub to Prime Contracts.
Our Contracts Analysts are core members of the capture process, and are relied upon to digest opportunity requirements, vet proposal packages and ensure they are submitted in full compliance with FAR, DFARs and other requirements.
The Contracts Analyst provides guidance and advice across the organization on contract interpretation, requirements, and scope, while serving as the focal point for issue resolution.

Specific Job Tasks include:
Proposal Support
Negotiation and administration of Government contracts/subcontracts, consistent with sponsor requirements, compliance obligations and Draper policies and procedures.
Written Correspondence and Presentations
Relationship Management
Contract Data Management & Workflows
Change Management
Records Creation & Maintenance
Process Improvement Team Support
Identifying Risk and Mitigation Development
Agreement support NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Consortium Agreements, IPAs and other agreements that support the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 5+ years of related experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills & ability to produce accurate work products
Writing sample may be required as part of the application process
Experience with full life-cycle contract management & understanding of various contract types (e.g., CPFF, FFP, T&M, etc.)
Understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) rules & regulations
Understanding of basic federal contracting concepts (including but not limited to Truthful Cost or Pricing Data, OCI, Data Rights/IP, Change Management, Teaming Arrangements, NDAs, REAs, Limitation of Cost/Funds, etc.)

Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance (if required)

Preferred Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance

Professional Certifications (e.g., CFCM, CPCM, and PMP) considered
