Billing Specialist

Job description:

Our client, a well-known company based in Oakland is looking to bring on a Billing Analyst on a contract to hire basis!

This is a very transaction-heavy organization so the Billing Analyst MUST have strong attention to detail and be able to keep up with a very fast-faced environment.

• Preparing and issuing invoices timely to clients both via email and mail
• Analyze and process data to generate complex invoices
• Adhere to deadlines driven across multiple departments.
• Creation of billing reporting and ad-hoc analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration (or related field)
• Prior billing experience either as a Billing Analyst, Billing Specialist or in a related capacity
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, file comparisons, Vlookup)
• Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Access is a plus
