As our biotech client continues to expand their Antibody Engineering group, we are seeking an outstanding Computational Antibody Engineer.

Computational Antibody Engineer

This position will offer YOU the opportunity to create and develop a computational group.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a computational platform for protein and antibody engineering.
2. Lead a technical team in protein design and engineering.
3. Create processes for protein structure determination using AI and other methods.
4. Develop pipelines for protein docking and antibody mapping.
5. Analyze and incorporate data for protein interaction optimization.
6. Evaluate experimental data for design improvements.
7. Provide input on department strategies and lead teams towards project goals.
8. Present findings and recommendations for project advancement.

Essential Qualifications:

• MS or PhD in relevant field.
• Publications in protein prediction or design and stellar publication record.
• Up-to-date knowledge in computational biochemistry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

• Expertise in protein and antibody modeling.
• Experience with AI and machine learning is a plus.
• Successful contributions to therapeutic antibody programs.
• and ability to work independently and collaboratively. 

Additional Points:

--This is a full time position, and the title can be Senior Scientist or Principal Scientist.

--Title and salary (including base plus annual bonus) are commensurate with experience, and relocation is provided.
