Plant Controller

Plant Controller - Utah

Role Overview: As our Plant Controller, you'll be a key player in our quest for improvement. Your role involves managing finances, overseeing a team, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor weekly performance indicators, providing insights for better decisions.
Analyze productivity projects, comparing with other locations.
Manage cost accounting, monthly closes, and variance analysis.
Collaborate on budgets and forecasts with plant and HQ teams.
Strengthen financial controls and processes.
Oversee internal controls and coordinate audits.
Review monthly reconciliations.
Efficiently use SAP for data analysis.
Create and maintain SOPs for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with plant departments and manage local procurement.
Lead special projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Management experience.
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive and resilient.
Compensation:
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 per year.
Performance-based bonus: 18%.
