This area is at the base of the Ruby Mountains in the high dessert. It is not like Las Vegas or Reno. It offers the mountains, skiing, scenic bikeways, lakes and rivers.

It also offers a vibrant community that has theatre, galleries and some cowboy country all in a town of 35,000 population.

What they are looking for:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.

•Three to Five years’ progressive nursing experience in an acute hospital is required.

•Current Nevada RN or ability to obtain prior to start date. BLS, ACLS, and PALS; and NRP within 90-days of hire.

Hours and compensation potential:

•The position is Night Shift, 12 hour shifts, rotating weekends.

•The range is between $35.00hr-$45.00hr depending on experience and a $3hr shift differential.

•The facility offers a full benefit package and will help with relocation/sign-on bonus.

What you’ll be doing:

•Will be the RN House Supervisor joining the nursing leadership team.

•Successful incumbent will be able to determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments.

•Must have the ability to provide direction, orient new staff, train, coach and mentor staff on a daily basis.

•May be required to perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
