I'm Phil Hurd, founder of Oculus Search Partners. Originally an engineer, I switched to recruiting because I love working with people, and because I enjoy the challenge of connecting talented people with great job opportunities. It’s rewarding to help someone land their dream role while contributing to the success of my client companies at the same time.
I specialize in recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and software.
After beginning my career at a large recruiting firm, I co-founded a technology recruiting company that grew into a multi-million-dollar business known for outstanding service. In 2014, I launched Oculus Search Partners to provide more personalized recruiting.
